NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS REGARDING THE
REPLACEMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PER APPENDIX C “ZONING,” SECTION 3 “PROVISION FOR OFFICIAL ZONING MAP” OF THE FRIENDSWOOD CITY CODE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Friendswood will each hold a public hearing to give all interested persons the right to appear and express their views on the following item:

The replacement of the official zoning map per Appendix C “Zoning,” Section 3 “Provision for Official Zoning Map” of the Friendswood City Code reflecting zone changes and corrections since the last adopted map dated February 3, 2020.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold its public hearing on Thursday, August 8, 2024, in the Council Chamber, located in City Hall, 910 South Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, Texas 77546-4856, at its meeting commencing at 6:00 P.M.

The City Council will hold its public hearing on Monday, September 9, 2024, in the Council Chamber, located in City Hall, 910 South Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, Texas 77546-4856, at its meeting commencing at 5:30 P.M.
