NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON CREATION OF A REINVESTMENT ZONE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Pearland, in Brazoria, Harris, and Fort Bend Counties, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 6:30 pm, at City Hall, 3519 Liberty Dr., Pearland, Texas 77581. The Public Hearing will be held for the purpose of gathering public comment and testimony regarding the creation of a reinvestment zone (generally located at the intersection of SH 35 and McHard Road) in accordance with Section 312.201 of the Tax Code and the City’s Guidelines for Granting for Granting Tax Abatements.
At said hearing all interested parties shall have the right and opportunity to appear and be heard on the subject.
