For the 20th consecutive year, through YMCA Operation Backpack, Vic Coppinger Family YMCA donated over 650 backpacks and school supplies provided by H-E-B for Pearland ISD students to kick-off the 2024-25 school year.
YMCA Operation Backpack continues to fill a critical need in the Pearland community providing school supplies for children in need, filling them with hope for a brighter future as they start the school year. The YMCA is uniquely suited to meet community needs with initiatives aimed at empowering youth, building healthier families and fostering more inclusive communities.
