NOTICE OF ESTABLISHMENT OF ADDITIONAL
OUT-OF-DISTRICT MEETING PLACES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
BRAZORIA COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 55
To the residents and taxpayers of Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 55
(the “District”), and to all the persons interested in the meetings of the Board of Directors of such District:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the District, at a meeting held
August 8, 2024, established additional meeting places outside the boundaries of the District at Manvel Mansion Event Center, 11800 Magnolia Parkway, Manvel, Texas, 77578, and Iowa Colony City Hall, 3144 Meridiana Parkway, Iowa Colony, Texas, 77583.
Said meeting places are hereby declared to be public places and open to the public. All residents and taxpayers of the District and all other interested persons are hereby invited to attend any meetings of the Board of Directors at such location and other locations previously established by the Board of Directors as meeting places of the District.
