PROPOSED ABANDONMENT OF EXCESS RIGHT-OF-WAY

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Pearland, in Brazoria, Harris, and Fort Bend Counties, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., at City Hall, 3519 Liberty Dr., Pearland, Texas 77581. The public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving public comments regarding proposed abandonment of excess right-of-way (generally located at the intersection of Yost Road and FM 518). At said hearing all interested parties shall have the right and opportunity to appear and be heard on the subject.
