Burglary

Sept. 4 (8:15 a.m.) A burglary was reported at Check’N Bottom, a store located 1507 Sunmeadow Blvd. The items stolen included surf fishing rods, electric fishing reels, a custom gaff, and a trash can. The suspect vehicle is a white Ram truck.

Theft

Sept. 5 (10:16 a.m.) Three suspects in a grey Nissan stole two BBQ pits and a fire pit from the Texas Backyard section of HEB located at 701 W. Parkwood Avenue on August 7th.

Fraud

Sept. 3 (11:41 a.m.) A Friendswood woman was alerted to suspicious activity on her credit card when someone tried to charge to Games of Wi. Fortunately, the credit card company declined the charge. The victim was still in possession of her card at the time of the fraudulent activity.
Sept. 3 (5:01 p.m.) A Friendswood man received an email demanding BitCoin in exchange the requestor would not release personal photos and videos of the man.
Sept. 5 (12:23 p.m.) A Friendswood man discovered a forged check was passed at his bank. The check was in the name of his lawn service guy.

Traffic

Sept. 2 (12:37 p.m.) A vehicle parked in the 3700 block of Thursa Drive was struck by another vehicle sometime overnight.

A male suspect, 28, of Friendswood, was charged with Assault.
A male suspect, 25, of League City, was charged with Driving While License Invalid.
A male suspect, 28, of Friendswood, was charged with Criminal Mischief and Terroristic Threat of a Family Member.
A male suspect, 44, of Iowa Colony, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1.
A male suspect, 28, of Katy, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 and Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon.
A female suspect, 24, of Houston, was charged with Driving While License Invalid and No Insurance.
A male suspect, 23, of Pearland, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
A male suspect, 28, of Webster, was charged with No Driver’s License.
A female suspect, 26, of League City, was charged with Driving While License Invalid with Prior Convictions.
A male suspect, 32, of Pasadena, was charged with Driving While License Invalid and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
A female suspect, 42, of Friendswood, was charged with Assault.
A male suspect, 43, of Houston, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
A male suspect, 54, of Friendswood, was charged with Assault.
A male suspect, 17, of Pasadena, was charged with No Driver’s License.
A male suspect, 43, of Friendswood, was charged with Assault.
A male suspect, 22, of Pasadena, was charged with No Driver’s License and No Insurance.
