REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., the Construction Manager at Risk for the Barry Rose Water Reclamation Facility Expansion Project located in the City of Pearland Texas, is requesting proposals, in compliance with Texas Local Government Code 2269 subchapter F, from interested suppliers and subcontractors to perform specified scopes of work for:

GMP 2 – Barry Rose WRF Replacement and Expansion Project (WW1502) and Longwood WRF Decommissioning Project (WW1906)

Thank you for your interest in this project. The project area is adjacent to the existing Barry Rose WRF located at 1902 ½ Barry Rose Rd., Pearland TX 77581. The work shall consist of civil site work, yard piping, a new lift station, headworks, SBR basins piping and equipment installation, blower building, electrical buildings, administration building, sludge holding tanks, dewatering system, tertiary filters, ultraviolet disinfection. The Longwood work shall consist of civil, yard piping, concrete and mechanical work.

Bid Date: October 17, 2024 until 2:00 PM Central

Proposals will be submitted to the city and opened privately.
