The Brazoria County Commissioners Court proclaimed October 6 – 12 as National 4-H Week. For the past 116 years, the 4-H Youth Development Program of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service has looked to provide a learning experience for children ages 8–19 to acquire knowledge, develop life skills, and form attitudes that enable them to become self-directed, productive, and contributing members of our society.
