NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RULES AND PENALTIES

Notice is hereby given that, at a meeting on October 24, 2024, the Board of Directors of Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 31 (the “District”) adopted a Resolution Establishing Rules and Regulations Governing Use of District Parks and Recreational Facilities (“Resolution”), providing rules and regulations governing the use of the District’s recreation facilities. Violation of any of the rules or regulations contained in the Resolution will subject the violator to a fine of up to $10,000 per violation. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate violation. A copy of the Resolution, with all of its rules and regulations, including the penalty listed above, is on file at the principal office of the District, Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 3200 Southwest Freeway, Suite 2600, Houston, Texas 77027, where it may be read in full.
