NOTICE OF 2nd PUBLIC HEARING ON ANNEXATION
Notice is hereby given that the second of two public hearings will be held by the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, at the regularly scheduled Council Meeting set for:
6:30 PM* on November 18, 2024
3519 Liberty Drive
Pearland, TX 77581
The public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving public comments regarding the annexation of approximately 287 acres of land within the City of Pearland Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ), located north of FM518/Broadway, east of Stone Road, west of Max Road, and approximately 1,900 feet south of McHard Road, which is territorially identified as Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 16.
At said hearing, all interested parties shall have the right and opportunity to appear and be heard on the subject.
