ACC to stage version of Dickens’s classic

Alvin Community College Theatre will present “Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol” by Tom Mula this month, opening on December 7 and running through December 14.

Show times are 7:30 pm. December 7, 2:30 p.m. on December 8, 7:30 p.m. December 12, with a talkback performance by the director and cast after 7:30 pm. December 13 show. The final show will be 7:30 pm. December 14.

The play, “Anastasia,” is planned for April 12-19, from the book by Terrance McNally, music by Stephen Flaherty, and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens, followed by “The (Almost) Totally True Story of Hansel and Gretel” by Steph DeFerie June 24 through June 26.
