NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS REGARDING ZONE CLASSIFICATION CHANGE FROM MULTI-FAMILY-MEDIUM DENSITY TO
DOWNTOWN DISTRICT 311 LAUREL

NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Friendswood will each hold a public hearing to give all interested parties the right to appear and express their views on the following item:

A request for a zone classification change located at 311 Laurel, 0.289 acres of land, more or less, being a part of Lot 16 of the Harvey and Stout Subdivision of Lots 6, 7, and 8, Block 2 of Friendswood Subdivision of the Sarah McKissick or J.P. Williams League of land, Friendswood, Galveston County, Texas, to change from Multi-Family Residential-Medium Density (MFR-M) to Downtown District (DD)

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold its public hearing on Thursday, January 9, 2025, in the Council Chambers, located in City Hall, 910 S Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, Texas 77546-4856, at its meeting commencing at 6:00 P.M.

The City Council will hold its public hearing on Monday, February 3, 2024, in the Council Chambers, located in City Hall, 910 South Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, Texas 77546-4856, at its meeting commencing at 5:30 P.M.
