REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS NO. 2024-08
COUNCIL CHAMBERS RENOVATIONS – AUDIO/VISUAL TECHNOLOGY PROJECT

The City of Friendswood is accepting competitive sealed proposals for the Council Chambers Renovations – Audio/Visual Technology Project. All proposals (CSPs) shall be submitted via two (2) copies, on a flash drive or CD. Each flash drive/CD must contain only one (1) file in PDF format and must match identically. The PDF files must include the ink signature of a person with the authority to bind the vendor into a contract. All submitted materials must be clearly marked with CFP NO. 2024-08, COUNCIL CHAMBER RENOVATIONS – AUDIO/VISUAL TECHNOLOGY PROJECT along with the vendor’s name. The proposals are to be addressed to the City of Friendswood, Attn: City Secretary and must be received at Friendswood City Hall, City Secretary’s Office, 910 S. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, TX, 77546 on or before 2:00 P.M., MONDAY, JANUARY 13, 2025.

The City of Friendswood (the “City”) reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. Any contract resulting from this CFP shall be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the best value to the City considering the relative importance of price and the other weighted evaluation factors included in the CFP.
