Pearland City Council on December 16 approved a conditional use permit that allows a Houston-based children’s art academy to open a Pearland location.
Enya Studio’s owners plan to open a location in the office park at 2743 Smith Ranch Road. The studio offers camps, art therapy, and classes in various types of art for children ages 4 to 18.
“We help students apply to college, too. Our studio provides good quality summer camps every summer,” owner Hongliang Huang told council members.
The council approved the conditional use permit unanimously.
