ONE TIME PURCHASE – ATLAS COPCO QA250 OR APPROVED EQUAL
TRAILER-MOUNTED GENERATOR

Sealed Competitive Bids shall be submitted via one (1) electronic copy on one flash drive or CD and one paper bid. Flash drive/CD must contain only one (1) file in PDF format and must match identically. The PDF files must include the ink signature of a person with the authority to bind the vendor into a contract. All submitted materials must be clearly marked with “BID NO. 2025-02 – One Time Purchase – Atlas Copco QA250 or Approved Equal Trailer-Mounted Generator,” and addressed to the City of Friendswood, Attn: City Secretary, and are to be received at Friendswood City Hall, City Secretary’s Office, 910 S. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, TX, 77546 before 2:00 P.M., THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2025.

The City of Friendswood (the “City”) reserves the right to reject any or all bid and to waive any informality in the bids received. The contract, if any, will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The City pays for goods and services according to the provisions of Chapter 2251 of the Government Code.
