Please note the second quarter installment payment is due March 31, the third quarter is due June 2, and the final quarter due date is July 31. Pay in person at any full-time County Tax Office in Galveston, League City, Santa Fe, and Texas City Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am through Noon. The Friendswood Satellite Office is open Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (closed from Noon to 1:00 for lunch) and Friday from 8:00 to 12:00. Avoid the line and pay online at www.galcotax.com via electronic check ($0.50 fee) or credit/debit card (2.2% fee) or via debit or credit card by telephone (toll-free) at 1-800-420-1663. Payments may be mailed to 722 21st Street, Galveston, Texas 77550 but must be postmarked by the due dates to be considered timely.
