May 5 will be the date for the fourth annual Mayor Cole’s Benefit Golf Tournament, with proceeds going toward a second inclusive playground in Pearland.
The first inclusive playground, Ed Thompson Inclusive Park, opened in April 2023 at the Sports Complex of Shadow Creek Ranch, and the next phase will expand the Independence Park playground with inclusive elements.
