Eight students from McNair Junior High have advanced to the National Great History Challenge, to be held in May in Orlando, Florida.
Students competed in February in the regional contest and will represent Alvin ISD at the national level. Students are Christian Cantu, Piper Cudd, Jeena Datta, Kuhu Deshmukh, Aditya Gijavanekar, Genevieve Golemo, Ashton Luu, and Bella Pena.
