THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Pearland, in Brazoria, Harris and Fort Bend Counties, Texas, will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at City Hall, 3519 Liberty Dr., Pearland, Texas 77581; and that the City Council of the City of Pearland will hold a public hearing and first Ordinance adoption consideration on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at City Hall, 3519 Liberty Dr., Pearland, Texas 77581, for the following cases:
Zone Change Application No. ZONE24-28: A request by Paige McKee, applicant, on behalf of Dixie Farm Property, LLC, owner, for approval of a zone change for 15.91 acres of land from Light Industrial (M-1) and Heavy Industrial (M-2) District to Planned Development (PD) District for a proposed RV, trailer, and boat storage facility (self-storage facility) to wit:

Zone Change Application No. ZON2025-0069: A request by Dunaway, applicant, on behalf of Jennie Settegast Smith, Sandra Settegast Abadie, Marion E. Settegast III, Carlita S. Sealy, Marion Sullivan, Third Coast Resources I, LTD., and Third Coast Resources II, LTD, owners, for approval of a zone change for 35.963 acres of land from Single-Family Residential- 2 (R-2) District to General Business (GB) District, to wit:
Legal Description: Tract 1: A 24.376-acre tract of land, being part of a residue of a called 118.755-acre tract of land (called “Tract 1”) in a deed recorded in Volume 1247, Page 922 in the Brazoria County Deed Records (B.C.D.R.), situated in the Thomas J. Green Survey, Abstract No. 198, Brazoria County, Texas.
