Pearland Independent School District is proud to announce its inclusion in the Educational Results Partnership’s 2024 Honor Roll, recognizing the district as one of the top performing school districts in Texas.
This prestigious recognition marks the tenth year that ERP has compiled the Honor Roll list, which highlights public schools, school districts, and charter schools in Texas that have demonstrated exceptional performance in closing achievement gaps, particularly among higher-poverty and historically disadvantaged student populations.
“We are incredibly honored to be recognized by the Educational Results Partnership for our commitment to student success,” Pearland ISD Superintendent Dr. Larry Berger, said. “This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of our teachers, staff, students, and community in ensuring all students have the opportunity to thrive.”
Out of all eligible districts in the state, only 63 school districts, approximately 9 percent, earned a place on the 2024 Honor Roll. Results are based on student outcome data from the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) for the 2022 through 2024 academic years.
