2024 Grant Program Application for Assistance
Public Comment Period

The City of Pearland, in partnership with Brazoria County Drainage District No. 4, is applying for disaster mitigation assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) 2024 Grant Program. The application requests approximately $64 million for drainage infrastructure improvements to Hickory Slough from Garden Road to State Highway 35. Persons may contact the City about this application any time during normal operating hours through July 9, 2025 by telephone at 281-652-1838 or via email at mrawlinson@pearlandtx.gov.
