Notice is hereby given that on or about April 23, 2025, First Community Bank a Texas non-member bank (the “Bank”), will apply to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) and the Texas Department of Banking (“TDB”) for approval to establish a branch location at 6302 W. Broadway St., Suite 100, Pearland, Texas 77581.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the FDIC at the appropriate FDIC Dallas Regional Office, 600 North Pearl Street, Dallas, Texas 75201 within 15 days from the date of publication. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application will be made available upon request.
Any person wishing to comment on this application, either for or against, may file written comments with the TDB, 2601 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78705-4294, on or before the 14th day after the date of this publication. Such comments will be made a part of the record before and considered by the Banking Commissioner. Any person wishing to formally protest and oppose the application and participate in the application process may do so by filing a written notice of protest with the TDB on or before the 14th calendar day after the date of this publication accompanied by a protest filing fee of $2,500. The protest fee may be reduced or waived by the Banking Commissioner upon a showing of substantial hardship.
