AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, TEXAS, AMENDING TERM OF OFFICE FOR POSITION NO. 1 OF THE CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD’S PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO MORE EFFECTIVELY STAGGER THE TERMS OF THE ENTIRE COMMISSION; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT OR IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND THE EFFECTIVE DATE.
