The new Chairperson for Keep Friendswood Beautiful is Patty Steinke. Patty was voted in by the Board at last week’s KFB meeting.
Patty has been on the board since 2003 when KFB was the Community Appearance Board and served as Vice Chair from 2006-2008, and Chair from 2008-2010. She has also served as the Education Committee Chair and Vice Chair with Keep Friendswood Beautiful.
Patty has been an educator for 37 years, teaching biology the last 32 years at San Jacinto College Central Campus. Patty and her husband (of 39 years!) have lived in Friendswood for 22 years. They have three married children and 11 grandchildren that also call Friendswood home. She enjoys gardening, especially with native plants, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.
