NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS REGARDING A REQUEST FOR A ZONE CLASSIFICATION CHANGE FOR 901 S FRIENDSWOOD DRIVE FROM NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (NC) TO DOWNTOWN DISTRICT (DD)
NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Friendswood will each hold a public hearing to give all interested parties the right to appear and express their views on the following item:
A request for a zone classification change located at 901 S Friendswood Drive, .54 acres being Lot One (1), of Southern Breeze, a subdivision in Galveston County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Volume 18, Page 353, of the Map Records of Galveston County, Texas, to change from Neighborhood Commercial (NC) to Downtown District (DD).
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold its public hearing on Thursday, November 16, 2023, in the Council Chamber, located in City Hall, 910 South Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, Texas, 77546-4856, at its meeting commencing at 6:00 P.M.
The City Council will hold its public hearing on Monday, December 4, 2023, in the Council Chamber, located in City Hall, 910 South Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, Texas, 77546-4856, at its meeting commencing at 6:00 P.M.
