The registration deadline to vote in the March 2024 Primary elections is February 5th. It is also the last day to update name and address information.
Changes may be made by completing a new voter application or online at https://txapps.texas.gov/tolapp/sos/SOSACManager. You will need your current driver’s license or Texas identification card, social security number, and VUID (voter unique identifier) to use the online portal.
Voter registration applications are available at all Galveston County Tax Office locations and online at www.galcotax.com under the Voter Registration Information link or contact the Voter Registration Department toll-free at 1-888-976-2280 and request that an application be emailed or mailed to you.
