The Pearland ISD Education Foundation’s annual gala, “A Night in Casablanca,” kicks off at 6 p.m. on April 6 at Houston’s Pelazzio Reception Venue, 12121 Westheimer Road.
The nonprofit Education Foundation’s primary fundraiser, the black-tie evening includes dinner and live entertainment, plus an auction with items donated by local businesses and individuals.
The Education Foundation in 2023 alone awarded $99,000 in innovative teaching grants and nearly $10,000 in mini-grant funding to support classroom projects.
Two tickets are $300, and a table of 10 is $2,000. Sponsorships include the $2,500 Bronze level up to $10,000 Platinum. This year’s presenting sponsor is Bayway Chevrolet.
