Pearland ISD to host athletic physical days

Pearland Independent School District sports medicine staff will host two athletic physical days on Saturday, April 20 and May 4.

Pearland ISD students currently in grades 6-11 who plan on participating in any athletics class, sport, high school marching band, drill team or cheerleading for the 2024-25 school year may attend.

Limited tickets for the physical exam will be sold online only for $25. Students must have a ticket for the appropriate time slot to enter the building for the physical exam. Pearland ISD will not accept students on the day of the physical exam who have not purchased a ticket online. Students must bring contacts or glasses to the exam.

Dawson High School
Athletic Physical Date:
Saturday, May 4
Dawson High School (Main entrance)
8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

The Pearland ISD Athletic Pre-participation/Athletic Physical Form must be on file before an athlete, cheerleader, dancer, high school marching band or color guard may participate in any in-season or off-season activities, including athletics classes and/or try-outs.

All athletic physicals must be dated on or after April 1, 2024, and completed on the Pearland ISD 2024-25 UIL Pre-participation Forms, which will be available after April 1 from a coach or athletic trainer at the student’s campus.

Students may also have their athletic physical completed by their family physician.
