Alvin Community College’s 39th annual Summer Children’s Theatre Festival continues in July with the opening of “The BFG (Big Friendly Giant).”
Adapted for the stage by David Wood from the book by Roald Dahl, the play will be staged at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 22.
Performances are also scheduled for 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23; at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 24; at 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 25.
Shows are performed on the ACC campus, 3110 Mustang Road in Alvin.
