Dawson senior quarterback Max Zavala hangs tough in the pocket to throw a pass vs Clear Springs on Friday in the first of two scrimmages this season. The Eagles did not participate in spring football so they are allowed by the UIL to start practice a week early and will get two scrimmages to tune-up the offense and defense before the season starts. This week Dawson will travel to face Friendswood on Friday night at Henry Winston stadium starting at 6pm.
