Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins heads for the end zone on a 28-yard touchdown reception vs the Chicago Bears on Sunday Night Football that saw the Texans pick up the 19-13 win on national prime-time television. Collins would haul in 8 receptions on 10 targets for a total of 168 yards.
The big scoring play was the game’s highlight, with the Texans opting for a methodical grinding pace most of the night to help protect the ball versus a stellar Bears defense.
Through two games, Collins leads the NFL in receiving and is making his newly signed $24m a year contract look like a bargain. The Texans travel to face the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, September 22 and will be back home to host the Jacksonville Jaguars at noon at NRG Stadium on Sunday, September 28.
