The fall event includes costumes and a sunset film

Pearland Parks and Recreation hosts the “Fall for It” market and movie event at Independence Park on Saturday, Oct. 19.
Free and open to the public, this event encompasses the anniversary celebration of Old Pearland Farmers Market beginning at 11 a.m., a meet and greet with characters from the film, “Inside Out,” and a 4:30 p.m. costume contest followed by a 5 p.m. costume parade sponsored by H-E-B.
An outdoor “Inside Out 2” screening begins at 6 p.m. and is sponsored by Epic Plumbing.
