Early voting underway this week

Early voting began Monday in the November 5 election and continues through Nov. 1 at 24 countywide polling locations.

In Friendswood, locations include the First Baptist Church, 202 Heritage, and Village on the Park, 400 E. Parkwood.

Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through this Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 28 through Nov. 1.

Voters in Friendswood ISD will also choose four School Board positions. Incumbents Laura Seifert, Niki Rhodes, Dr. Rebecca Hillenburg, and Tony Hopkins face challengers Bradley Clapp, Doc Stran, Debbie Spurr, and John Scott.
