Public Comment Period

A 15-day Public Comment Period is being provided by the City of Pearland for its HUD Program Year 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). A draft of this reports will be available for review for an additional 15 days, from December 5, 2024 – December 20, 2024, by residents, public agencies and other interested parties. The reports will be available online at www.pearlandtx.gov, and/or printouts may be requested by contacting the City’s CDBG Program Administrator:

Please notify the Finance Department at 281-652-1795 two days (48 hours) in advance of the end of the Public Comment Period (December 20, 2024), if special assistance is needed for translation and/or other interpretation for those that are hearing or visually impaired. Any person wishing to make written or oral comments regarding the applicable CAPERs should submit them to:

All comments must be received by December 20, 2024 to be included with a copy of the CAPER that will be submitted to HUD by December 29, 2024.
