Pearland’s Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday approved the final plat of a 25-acre townhome development in Shadow Creek Ranch.
Located on the northeast corner of FM 521 and Broadway Street, Broadway Homes consists of 155 residential lots 30 feet wide and 110 feet deep. The plat also includes onen commercial lot along Broadway Street and two lots for a leasing and recreation center and a playground.
After several changes, the preliminary plat was approved in April 2023.
Changes made before the approval of the final plat included adding utility easements for several of the lots and moving streetlight locations to be within 200 feet of each other.
