The University of Houston-Clear Lake at Pearland is planning a hurricane preparedness workshop for business owners and managers on May 6.
“Disaster-Proof Your Business” will be from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the campus, 1200 Pearland Parkway in Health Science Room 101.
The class is offered free as a partnership between UHCL and the Pearland Chamber of Commerce.
