The Friends of the West Pearland Library would like to welcome you to the Poetry Connection.
It is a poetry circle in which you connect with three poems from our read-alouds, become inspired to write three poems, and then share your connection and poem.
Starting Tuesday, April 9th, Vance Monet, a staff member at West Pearland, will conduct the poetry circle from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the conference room.
The program will then be held every second Tuesday of the month. Each read-aloud will represent the culture of the month, starting with Japan.
Please join us at the West Pearland Library, a branch of the Brazoria County Library System, to learn about poetry from all over the world and practice your poetry skills.
This program is free and open to the public.
