Looking to work in a dynamic school district that not only educates students for success but also promotes professional growth?

Pearland Independent School District will be hosting a job fair on Saturday, April 13, from 8:30-10:30 a.m. at Pearland High School – Searcy side (located at 3775 South Main St). At the event, applicants will have the opportunity to talk to the hiring campuses and departments, fill out applications online (laptops will be available) and have on-site interviews.

Childcare will be available for applicants with school-age children, offered by Turner College and Career High School students.

Pearland ISD’s starting teacher salary in the 2023-24 was $60,500.

Pearland ISD offers competitive stipends for dual language, English as a Second Language (ESL), Preschool Program for Children with Disabilities (PPCD), life skills and behavior intervention teachers.

The district offers full medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage and paid leave to all employees. As contributing members of Teacher Retirement System of Texas, full-time employees also receive free basic life insurance ($20,000) and basic accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D).

  • Transportation department (drivers, bus monitors mechanics)
  • Custodial Services
  • Child Nutrition
