An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, for the purpose of amending Chapter 4, Article 2, Division 3; Tree Mitigation of the Unified Development Code (UDC), Ordinance No. 2000T in accordance with Section 1.1.4.1 of the Unified Development Code; and containing a savings clause, a severability clause, and an effective date and other provisions related to the subject.
