RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF
BRAZORIA COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 5

The Board of Commissioners (“Board”) of BRAZORIA COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 5 met in regular session, open to the public on December 13, 2024 at the Silverlake Clubhouse located at 2715 Southwyck Parkway, Pearland, Texas 77584, at which a quorum of said Board was present as follows:

Leshan Jayasekara, President – Present
Richard Ghiselin III, Vice President – Present
Daryl Irby, Secretary – Present
Brian Reagan, Deputy Treasurer- Present
David Haynes, Assistant Treasurer – Present

at which the following business was transacted:

It was duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the location of the administrative office and special meeting place for the Board of Commissioners of Brazoria County Emergency Services District No. 5. Effective immediately, the location of the designated office and special meeting place of the District:

Bacon, Wallace & Philbin, LLP
6363 Woodway, Suite 800
Houston, Texas 77057

The office of the District is designated to be a public place for the purposes of all District business.

The mailing address for correspondence directed to the District is 6363 Woodway, Suite 800, Houston, Texas 77057.

The President is authorized to execute and the Secretary to attest this Order on behalf of the Board and the District.
