Middle Oak Wines honored at 2025 Rodeo Uncorked

Friendswood’s own Middle Oak Wines has achieved a significant accolade, earning the title of “Top Region Wine Company” at the 2025 Rodeo Uncorked International Wine Competition. The winery received a total of 18 medals, earning a reputation as a local gem in the winemaking industry.

Christina Skinner, owner of Middle Oak Wines, expressed her excitement over the recognition. “I feel absolutely amazed by this award! I love my wines, and I look forward to pouring them this year at the Roundup & Best Bites Competition,” she said.

The Rodeo Uncorked competition is a highlight of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo season, drawing entries from wineries across the globe. Middle Oak’s success at this year’s event is a testament to its craftsmanship.

The Middle Oak Wines Tasting Room, located across from Clear Creek Community Church in Friendswood, has become the undisputed destination for local wine enthusiasts.
