Aaron Ennis, BCPC Signing Day Chair, emphasized the significance of this achievement, stating, “This isn’t simply a job, it’s the beginning of a transformative journey for these young individuals. They are embarking on career paths that promise financial security, opportunities for advancement, and a promising future. We are immensely proud to facilitate this connection between these bright students and companies eager to invest in their potential.”

The five seniors distinguished themselves through a competitive selection process that included a thorough application, as many as four interviews with prospective contractor companies, and a comprehensive evaluation of their academic performance and personal accomplishments.

The list includes:

Brycen Flanagan, Brask Inc.

Keaton Kennon, sJVIC

Travis Pennica, Turner Industries

Matthew Shanks, JVIC

These graduating seniors will transition immediately into paid on-the-job training programs, earning competitive wages and often pursuing valuable industry certifications. Since its inception, the Career Signing Day program has connected over 300 students with direct entry into full-time careers within one of Texas’ most critical economic sectors. For many participants, this opportunity represents not just a first job but a crucial first step towards lasting success and financial independence.
