Water safety event scheduled Saturday

Houston Swim Club hosts the Howey’s Water Safety Festival from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, at Pearland Town Center, 11200 Broadway St.
Highlights include games, music, giveaways, water safety demonstrations, and group CPR instruction.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to Stop Drowning Now, a non-profit dedicated to eliminating drownings. For information, visit stopdrowningnow.org.
