NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND PARTIES:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pearland Economic Development Corporation (the “Corporation”) will hold a public hearing to consider the use of sales tax proceeds from the levy of the one-half of one percent sales and use tax, approved by the voters of the City of Pearland (the “City”) on January 21, 1995. The public hearing will take place at 5:00 p.m. on December 19, 2024 at 3519 Liberty Drive, Suite 350, Pearland, Texas.
Sales tax proceeds will be used for expenditures for park land acquisition.
