Christmas Tree recycling dropoff is being held at multiple locations throughout the county, including the Stella Roberts Recycling Center, 5800 Magnolia in Pearland.
Brazoria County Dunes Day for tree recycling is 9 a.m. to noon on January 20 at Stahlman Park, Freeport.
Other dropoff locations include the Manvel Substation at 7313 Corporate Drive, Manvel; Brazoria County Parks, 313 W. Mulberry, Angleton; Surfside Beach main entrance; and all four precinct headquarters.
Trees should have no flocking, tinsel, or decorations. They will be converted into sand dunes along the Brazoria County coastline to strengthen against storm surges.
