The Alvin ISD Spring Chess Tournament for elementary students is planned for March 8 at Pomona Elementary School.
The tournament will be from 6:15 a.m. to noon and is open to students who attend first through 5th grades at any Alvin ISD campus.
The registration deadline is February 24, and students can register through their school campus. For Information, email kbranch@alvinisd.net.
