Mimosa Acres Drainage Improvements

The project area is located within the Mimosa Acres subdivision and involves approximately 4,800 linear feet (LF) of drainage and paving improvements along the following streets: Woody Road, Lynn Drive, Cunningham Drive, Halbert Drive, Francis Drive and W. Pear Street.
The project generally involves approximately 7,000 LF of roadside ditch regrading, approximately 2,650 LF of 18” thru 24” RCP culvert replacement, driveway and walkway replacements, and approximately 10,000 SY of 2” mill and asphalt overlay, as well as all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for the project.
