Request for Proposals (RFP’s) shall be submitted in triplicate and in sealed envelopes clearly marked with RFP No. 2020-11, and addressed to the City of Friendswood, Attn: Melinda Welsh, City Secretary, and will be received at Friendswood City Hall, City Secretary’s Office, 910 S. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, TX, 77546 before 2:00 pm, Tuesday, August 25, 2020.
