Celebrating Independence

The City of Friendswood held its 128th Annual Fourth of July Celebration on Tuesday. The parade theme this year was “Traveling in the USA”.

The American Heritage Girls were in high spirits in their homemade railcar.

A young spectator waves her flag with enthusiastic pride, even as the parade is winding down.
