INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be received by Brazoria Drainage District No. 4 (District), 4813 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581 until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 20, 2023. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. in the office of the District, 4813 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581 on Thursday, July 20 th , 2023 for the following services:
23611 – HAULING SERVICES ANNUAL CONTRACT
The scope of the project includes an annual contract for hauling of materials for various projects within the District’s boundaries with the usage of dump trucks and operators.
Bid Documents may be examined without charge in the offices of Brazoria Drainage District No. 4, 4813 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581 or may be obtained from our website at www.bdd4.org.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the offices of the District, 4813 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581 on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive bidding informalities. Those bids deemed most advantageous to the Owner will be considered for the award of a Contract.
